By accessing or using Maqoro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Maqoro provides an automated invoice processing service that connects your email account to your Xero accounting software. The Service extracts relevant information from invoices received via email and transfers this data to your Xero account.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.
4. Subscription and Payments
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms will be specified during the sign-up process. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.
5. Access to Third-Party Accounts
The Service requires access to your email account and Xero account. By using the Service, you authorize us to access these accounts on your behalf. We will only access invoice-related data necessary to provide the Service.
6. Data Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive for accuracy in extracting and processing invoice data, you are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data transferred to your Xero account. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Maqoro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maqoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
